Right of Withdrawal

Important Notice
Knackr is a pure price comparison and referral portal. Knackr itself does not provide delivery services and does not conclude order contracts. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to paid services offered by Knackr (if any) — not to orders placed via third-party platforms (Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats).
For withdrawals from food orders, please contact the respective platform directly.
Cancellation Policy
If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional), you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when entering into a paid contract with Knackr.
Right of Withdrawal for Knackr Services
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Knackr, Erison Zeka, Reisstr. 26, 13629 Berlin, Email: hello@knackr.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Knackr is not a party to your food orders. For withdrawals, cancellations, returns, or complaints regarding orders, please contact the relevant platform directly:
